Mark Brocklehurst has over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, including as Head of Institution, within both public and private Higher Education. Specialising in the management of creative media education institutions, he has acquired extensive knowledge and contacts across the UK education sector, as well as within the creative industries. Mark is passionate about supporting academics in their quest to produce the next generation of leaders in the UK’s world leading creative industries.

Catherine Bunn is a business communications and change leader, with over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of different industries, from manufacturing and insurance to aviation and sport. She works closely with leadership teams to define business priorities, provide strategic clarity to different employee groups, drive team engagement and unlock transformation opportunities. Most recently, Catherine has been leading business change in a complex transformation programme in the rail industry. She lives in West London with her husband, stepson and miniature dachshund.

Steve Kenning founded the Aspirations Academies Trust eleven years ago and as Managing Director has overseen the growth of the trust from the original 2 schools to the current 16. Six Aspirations Academies inspected since the lockdown have achieved ‘Good’ Ofsted grades. Formerly principal of Harris Academy Crystal Palace (2008-12). At Crystal Palace, under his leadership, 5+ A-C incl. English and Maths rose from 78%-96%. He led a federation of schools in Cornwall (1998 – 2008) as the head of the Outstanding Callington Community College (Ofsted, 2000 and 2006).

Paula Kenning is Co-founder and Deputy Managing Director of the Aspirations Academies Trust, she was also, until September 2015, Executive Principal of Rivers Academy West London which has been graded “Outstanding” by OFSTED (2015). Prior to this Paula was the head teacher at Goffs School in Hertfordshire.

Anthony Moore has worked in education all his working life, in particular secondary schools. He has been a History teacher, a deputy headteacher, headteacher and head of the largest state school Sixth Form in the country, rated “outstanding” in every category by OFSTED. In recent years he has gained significant experience in governance and has been chair of governors of two primary schools and two secondary schools in Dorset and was appointed by Dorset LA to be a member of the IEBs of two schools in Special Measures. The Bishop of Salisbury awarded Anthony the St Aldhelm’s Cross for his outstanding governance work in church schools in the Diocese.

Jay Moorhouse CEng FICE is Chief Operating Officer of technology company, Onwave. Jay is a Chartered Civil Engineer having delivered major infrastructure projects across the UK, including refurbishments of Tower Bridge, Chiswick Bridge and Blackwall Tunnel, major works at Crossrail and the BritNed interconnector linking the national electrical grids in the UK and the Netherlands.

James Pomeroy is Senior Director of Operations at Publicis Groupe/Epsilon. He is a leading technologist actively managing global infrastructure and services for highly recognisable global brands. Leading Cloud Efficiency, Intake, Operations and L3 Engineering teams James heads the functions supporting over 30 billion transactions per year. His key passion is pushing cloud infrastructure efficiency using automation and self-service capabilities at scale.

Russell Quaglia is a founder of the Quaglia Institute for School Voice and Aspirations. He earned his doctorate from Columbia University.  His innovative work is evidenced by an extensive library of research-based publications, media appearances, and best-selling books.  He travels the world extensively providing lectures to schools, universities, and organizations on the importance of student voice and aspirations and its impact on academic success.
