Develop a coaching toolkit and a new perspective on workplace teams through the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship. The programme focuses on the philosophies of coaching, coaching activities, and advanced listening and questioning techniques.

Who should Apply?

The Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship is open to any member of staff with any level of managerial responsibility or who would like to effectively coach or mentor other staff members. This apprenticeship will enable you to work with a wide range of individuals and teams across organisations, to engage with and empower them to enhance their professional performance. It would be particularly useful for those involved in appraisal or NQT and ECT mentoring.

How is the Course Delivered and Assessed?

Participants remain in paid employment for the duration of the course which would typically be 18 months. During this time, candidates prepare a Portfolio of Evidence for the End Point Assessment. They also take a knowledge test, complete an Observation of Coaching Practice and participate in a Q&A session.
